Senior Accountant

This role will suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with around five years’ post-qualification experience in practice or industry, who thrives on responsibility and innovation. You’ll work directly with the Partner and help lead our accounting function, supporting a team of seven while mentoring junior team members.

What you’ll do:

- Oversee the preparation of management and year-end accounts across a wide variety of clients.
- Implement and improve systems to increase efficiency and ensure high-quality data management.
- Supervise and support team members, helping enhance the technical work of our pre-accounts team.
- Provide clear, confident advice to clients on accounting and reporting matters.
- Work with the Partner to identify new ways to automate, analyse, and streamline our processes.

What you’ll bring:

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA).
- Around five years’ PQE with strong technical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A confident, charismatic presence with the ability to inspire others and lead by example.
- An ambition to grow with the firm and contribute to long-term succession.

Senior Accountant

Qualified Accountant

If you’re a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with one to three years’ post-qualification experience, and you’re eager to join a technically forward firm where you can truly advance, this is the perfect next step.

You’ll work closely with our Partner and Senior Accountant on diverse client assignments, helping drive improvements in productivity, reporting accuracy, and process automation.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare and review accounts, VAT, and payroll submissions for a range of clients.
- Support the implementation of new systems and automation tools.
- Assist with improving data quality and technical processes across the team.
- Gain exposure to advisory, systems, and analytical work beyond standard compliance.

What you’ll bring:

- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with one to three years’ PQE.
- Excellent technical understanding, accuracy, and initiative.
- Confidence in communication and a strong sense of curiosity.

Qualified Accountant

Experienced Bookkeeper

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper with strong analytical and payroll experience (five years or more in practice or industry) who enjoys working with detail, improving systems, and seeing the bigger picture behind the numbers. You’ll join a close-knit, professional team and play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial data and smooth payroll delivery across a varied client base.

What you’ll do:

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records across multiple clients.
- Work with advanced systems and automated tools to streamline reporting and submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reconciliations.

Payroll Clerk

We are seeking a technically proficient and experienced payroll professional to join our team and help drive payroll excellence across a diverse and growing client base.

This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll processing expertise, a passion for automation and systems improvement, and the ability to thrive in a practice where quality, efficiency, and brand growth are key priorities.

What you’ll do:

- Lead accurate and timely payroll processing for a large volume of clients with varying degrees of complexity.
- Utilise and optimise payroll systems to support automated processes and streamline workflows.
- Assist with the implementation and integration of payroll services into the firm’s broader practice offering.
- Provide technical support and guidance internally on payroll systems, contributing to improved practice efficiency.
- Support the development and growth of EasyPayroll.ie as a recognised payroll brand within the market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience as a payroll operator, ideally within an accountancy or payroll practice environment.
- Strong technical ability with payroll systems and a practical understanding of payroll automation tools.
- Experience managing payroll for a varied portfolio of clients with differing complexity levels.
- Experience with Collsoft payroll software is a distinct advantage.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
